Special Orders

To get started on any special/custom order we will need you to complete the “Special Order Confirmation” that your salesman will have prepared for you. Please sign, date, & return this document to Palo Duro Hardwoods. I suggest faxing this back to our main office at 303.375.9747 for a speedy receipt. Emailing this document to your salesman and the US Postal Service are options as well.

Your special order requires a deposit. You can place your deposit in the form of credit card, check, or green cash. If you decide to phone in a credit card #, please have a Visa or MasterCard handy.

Once we receive the signed & dated “Special Order Confirmation”, along with the deposit, your order will be placed into the production schedule. Unfortunately there is absolutely zero chance of chipping away at any kind of lead time until we have the abovementioned items in hand.

If you're looking to set up a standard line of credit we require the whole application be filled out, as well as the "personal guarantee" form that is posted below.
