Warranty

Palo Duro Collection products are produced from the finest kiln dried hardwoods. We manufacture our products to the highest standards and adhere to a strict list of quality controls.

Palo Duro Collection products are created by hand, we warrant that our product is free from defects in grading or manufacturing and we will replace any plank, which shows a manufacturing defect so long as it is returned to us prior to installation. Planks with manufacturing defects or character that is deemed undesirable by the end user should not be installed. All of our products are manufactured from natural materials and contain variations in color, grain pattern, and texture. This warranty does not include variances in color, knots, or kiln drying defects in the installed product or variances between showroom samples and the installed floor.

All engineered flooring products are warranted against manufacturing defect in regards to milling and delaminating.

There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. These warranties are given in lieu of all other warranties. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose except the express warranties on the face of this document. The manufacturer excludes all warranties implied by law or implied by fact, which are not expressly set forth on the face of this document. The manufacturer excludes and will not pay any consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is valid only to the original purchasers of the flooring and is not transferable.

Any damage caused to the flooring as a result of the following will void this warranty.

1. IMPROPER INSTALLATION - Proper N.W.F.A. guidelines must be followed including subfloor preparation.

2. STORAGE/JOBSITE CONDITIONS - Product must be stored in a dry and heated environment, no exposure to any moisture shall be permitted. Do not store in garages, over concrete, or below grade..

3. ABUSE OR MISUSE - Warranty does not cover damage to boards caused by; shoes in need of repair, furniture, sports equipment, use of abrasive cleaners, pet claws, sand, grit or pebbles.

4. WATER DAMAGE - Warranty does not include damage caused by flooding, faulty plumbing, moisture penetration, overflowing sinks, leaking appliances or any like occurrences.
