Pre-Finished Solid Hardwood Flooring
Typically when people ask about prefinished hardwood flooring, they are referring to solid wood strip flooring. These types of products are generally available in 3”-5” board widths, with 2.25” & 6” available on a limited basis. One advantage to using pre-finished products is that the contractor can usually finish his work quite a bit quicker (compared to unfinished installations), which means less working hours in your home or business. Most domestically grown species as well as some exotics can be found if your project requires a pre-finished solid product platform.
